What is Energy healing?
Energy healing works to unblock and reanimate the flow of life force energy within the body and in the auric field. It accelerates the body’s own natural healing processes and helps to create energetic balance within our system. This then in turn works to promote healing on a mental, emotional, physical and spiritual level. Through this process, we feel more free and empowered to reach our potential. The experience of energy healing differs between clients but many report a deep sense of peace and feeling more positive and energised afterwards - alternatively experiencing emotional and/or physical release. It is important to note that energy healing should not be used as a replacement for medical treatment and that the individual must be prepared to make the necessary changes in their own life to live healthily and exercise self-love.
What to expect?
Healing includes the therapist gently placing her hands upon or over places on your body (providing this is comfortable for you) to provide energy healing. The therapist is able to run energy from her hands as she tunes into the magnificent, unlimited source of universal energy of which anyone can gain access to. These channels of energy run like electrical currents from the galactic centre of the Universe and from the Earth, and the therapist acts as a conduit for this energy. She may also be guided to use crystals, sound, sacred herbs, aromatic scents, amongst other tools and instruments. Your therapist will weave these practices lovingly together, with strong intentions to provide you with the best possible healing experience. Most importantly, the work that is done comes from the heart and a place of deep understanding and non-judgement.
Prior to the healing, your therapist will offer a consultation to ascertain whether there is anything specifically you need her to work on. Anything you share is completely confidential. In order to most effectively heal from specific issues, a course of sessions is recommended.
Energy healing session lasting up to an hour and a half with consultation (concessionary rates considered to those on low-incomes)
